Weekend Therapy Intensive for Men: Internal Family Systems
Who: Adult males seeking to better understand themselves and restore harmony in their life through an Internal Family Systems (IFS) framework. IFS is clinically appropriate in the treatment of depression, suicidal ideation, trauma, anxiety, and addiction/substance use.
Limited to 5 participants.
When: Saturday, September 19, 2026, and Sunday, September 20, 2026
Time: 9/19: 10:00am - 5:00pm (break from 1-2pm)

The Intensive includes a consultation video call the week prior to 9/19 to discuss life experience, map out your unique parts and roles they play, and intently set goals. It also includes a follow-up call 2 weeks post the Intensive to check-in on integration of the work completed during the Intensive. Participants will also receive a workbook to guide the process and refer back to.
