Hi, I’m Anna. Welcome!

My clients typically seek me out for support with depression, ADHD/ADD, suicidal ideation, grief and loss, stress management, and to learn how to set healthier boundaries with themselves and others. I have structured my practice with the intent to make it simpler for men, whether individually or as part of a couple, to get the support they need when they're ready.

Our sessions will look a bit like this: recap of the week(s), goals you are already working toward or want to work on, a plan to get from A to B, identifying and unlearning unhelpful thoughts or behaviors in order to create a stronger and gentler relationship with yourself and others. Let's start to rebuild what matters!

Everything from our online scheduling option to our physical space with a private in-suite waiting room (w/ coffee and refreshments) has been intentional - to help people rebuild what matters in a simpler way.

While healing is hard, getting started shouldn’t be. Appointments can be scheduled via text, call, or online via the Schedule Intake page.

Anna is licensed in Illinois (in-person and telehealth) and Georgia (telehealth).

Bruce is our Canine Good Citizen. He is a 3 year old American Staffy. Bruce is a rescue from a local shelter - he was a foster fail and officially adopted in August 2024. His story is one of courage, perseverance, community, and overcome: Bruce suffered from chronic rectal prolapses and a paraprostatic cyst that had him at high risk of euthanasia while being fostered, but our community rallied around him to give him a fair chance at a long, healthy life! And that’s exactly what happened - a whole bunch of baths, medications, special diets, countless vet appointments, and two surgeries later, Bruce is healthy, happy, and the goodest boy. My hope is that his story will be a reminder that healing is possible and it’s okay to accept help. He can’t wait to meet you!

Meet Bruce!
